Western Canada SAREx participants will stay at the Canad Inns Garden City. Participants are responsible to book their own rooms no later than 31 July. Beyond this date, rooms and rates cannot be guaranteed.

When making reservations please call toll-free 1-888-33-CANAD (22623). Ensure you are booked at the Garden City hotel. Mention "Civil Air Search and Rescue" or reservation number 121332 when you register.

Room rate - $116.00 per night plus taxes (2 queen bed room) and includes 2 breakfasts (bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, toast, and orange juice). Taxes are GST, 7% PST, and 5% city hotel tax.

All indoor areas in the hotel are designated as Smoke Free environments including all hotel guest rooms.
